This year, too, we are delighted to welcome many motivated young professionals who are starting their careers with us.
Start of the 2026 Apprenticeship Program: Ten New Apprentices Join RUCH NOVAPLAST
As of September 1, 2026, ten new apprentices began their apprenticeships at RUCH NOVAPLAST. This brings the total number of apprentices currently completing their training in various fields at our company to 24.
Starting a new phase of life brings many changes. New coworkers, new responsibilities, and new procedures shape the first few weeks. To help our new employees get off to a good start, the training program at RUCH NOVAPLAST begins with a comprehensive orientation week.

Arrive, Get to Know the Place, and Find Your Bearings
During orientation week, new trainees get to know our company, our values, and key business processes. At the same time, the week offers numerous opportunities to make initial connections and interact with other trainees and employees. The goal is clear: We want our new team members to feel welcome right from the start and to gain a good overview of their future work environment.

Training with Personal Guidance
A successful apprenticeship involves more than just teaching technical skills. That’s why we place great emphasis on individualized support and the personal development of our apprentices. Our trainers support our trainees throughout their entire training period and are there to assist them with both technical and organizational questions. Growing Together as a Team
A special part of the orientation week is the group outing for all trainees and trainers. Away from the daily work routine, this day offers an opportunity to get to know one another better, make new connections, and strengthen team spirit. After all, a positive working relationship is an important foundation for a successful training program.
Supporting Young Talent with a Vision for the Future
RUCH NOVAPLAST places a high priority on training talented individuals. We view this as an investment in the future of our company and in the development of tomorrow’s skilled workers. Our goal is not only to equip trainees with technical skills, but also to support them in their personal development and offer them long-term career prospects.
