NOVAson®: Functionalization using ultrasonic technology

With NOVAson®, RUCH NOVAPLAST is revolutionizing the functionalization of particle foam components using state-of-the-art ultrasonic technology. With this method, LiteWWeight® zEPP™ elements are simultaneously inserted into particle foam components with a form-fit and material bond. In contrast to NOVAfeed&fix®, the PT® screw used in the element is self-tapping. We call this functionalization in particle foam NOVAson®. We are already using this new system in series production for the first projects. It is particularly interesting in the areas of heating, ventilation and air conditioning, i.e. in house- and building technology.

NOVAson® significantly reduces process times

NOVAson® forms the basis for self-tapping threads into which screws can then be anchored to fasten other elements.

This technology not only offers maximum durability, but also reduces process times through particularly efficient integration.
