RUCH NOVAPLAST is officially one of the region’s “hidden champions”. This special distinction is based on a scientifically sound study conducted by Dortmund University of Applied Sciences and Arts under the direction of Prof. Dr. Jan Philipp Büchler. The project was initiated by the regional business development agency nectanet GmbH. The aim of the study: to make the hidden economic drivers and innovative top companies in the Black Forest Power Region visible – the “hidden gems” of the SME sector.
Hidden champions are companies that are among the top 3 in their niche worldwide or lead their home continent, generate annual sales of between EUR 5 million and EUR 5 billion and have a low level of public awareness.
With a total of 44 hidden champions, the Black Forest Power Region makes it into the TOP 5 of the strongest German economic regions.
As part of this powerful economic region, we are actively shaping progress. Our ambition remains clear: we not only want to set standards today, but also provide impetus for tomorrow – through sustainable solutions, intelligent materials and a corporate culture that is geared towards the future.
