De behuizing van ge\u00ebxpandeerd polypropyleen van RUCH NOVAPLAST is hier ook verantwoordelijk voor. <\/p>\n<p>Het bestaat uit drie afzonderlijke EPP vormdelen die met thermische verlijming<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ruch.de\/nl\/innovaties\/vormdelen-verbinden\/novaweld\/\">(<sup>NOVAweld\u00ae<\/sup><\/a>) samengevoegd worden tot een chassis. Deze materiaalvergrendelende verbinding van de afzonderlijke onderdelen tot een compleet systeem resulteert in de hoogst mogelijke isolatie en luchtdichtheid. <\/p>\n<p>Bovendien zorgt het EPP-chassis voor een optimale luchtstroom dankzij het ontwerp van de ventilatiekanalen. De afzonderlijke componenten van de ventilatie-eenheid, zoals ventilator, besturingseenheid en warmtewisselaar, worden eenvoudig in de speciaal ontworpen uitsparingen in de EPP-behuizing gestoken en stevig op hun plaats gehouden. Hierachter zit ons ingenieuze <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ruch.de\/nl\/innovaties\/componenten-monteren\/novaplex\/\"><sup>NOVAplex\u00ae<\/sup><\/a> ontwerpconcept.  <\/p>\n<p>Op het gebied van de condensaatbak werd het oppervlak afgewerkt met lasertextuur tijdens het schuimproces. Het resultaat is een 100% waterdicht en volledig vlak oppervlak. Een <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ruch.de\/nl\/innovaties\/elementen-bevestigen\/novafeedfix\/\"><sup>NOVAfeed&amp;fix\u00ae<\/sup> element<\/a> werd in het schuim geplaatst om ervoor te zorgen dat eventuele condens veilig kan worden afgevoerd.  <\/p>\n<p>Op andere plaatsen in de behuizing worden <sup>NOVAfeed&amp;fix\u00ae<\/sup> elementen ingeschuimd.
