Onze klant was op zoek naar een manier om zijn buisventilatoren duurzamer en energiezuiniger te maken. De oplossing: een behuizing van ge\u00ebxpandeerd polypropyleen (EPP). Twee halve schalen van EPP omsluiten alle componenten van de buisventilator. RUCH NOVAPLAST kwam met de volgende drie redenen voor EPP: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ruch.de\/nl\/innovaties\/componenten-monteren\/novaplex\/\">NOVAplex\u00ae-chassis<\/a><br \/>\nHet NOVAplex\u00ae-chassis is individueel afgestemd op de afzonderlijke componenten van de buisventilator. De montage is uiterst eenvoudig: de negen afzonderlijke onderdelen worden zonder gereedschap in elkaar gestoken. Aan de drukzijde van de behuizing is geluidsisolatie ge\u00efntegreerd. Deze combinatie maakt een geluidsarme werking mogelijk.      <\/p>\n<p>Laag gewicht Dankzij de EPP-behuizing is het gewicht van de buisventilator tot 35 procent verlaagd ten opzichte van zijn voorganger. Dit heeft ook een effect op de CO2-balans: Met een beladen vrachtwagen van 40 ton wordt 83 gram CO2 per 100 kilometer bespaard. <\/p>\n<p>Recycling De aankoopbeslissingen van consumenten worden steeds meer be\u00efnvloed door duurzaamheidskwesties.
