The structure, processing and design of foaming tools not only influence the quality of a molded part made of EPP, but also have a significant impact on energy consumption during the manufacturing process. Targeted optimization of these elements therefore plays a key role in increasing overall efficiency while minimizing environmental impact.

Our efficient H.E.T. (High Efficiency Tools) foaming tools are energy-optimized and help to reduce the CO2 footprint of the products manufactured with them. The tools we have developed and tested ourselves are not only a step towards sustainable production, but also enable individual adjustments to achieve the greatest possible environmental benefit.

Experience has shown that H.E.T. tools can save between 35 and 47 percent of the energy used, which not only has ecological benefits but also has a positive impact on the cost price of the product.
