Moving into new assembly

While the final conversion work was still taking place in RUCH NOVAPLAST’s new assembly area, the 1,600 m² space was already being used intensively for various work processes.

The extension of the existing assembly hall began at the beginning of March 2021. It was completed in February 2022. The order management team and the entire prototyping department have moved into the new premises. They now have larger, light-flooded workstations at their disposal.

The biggest benefit of the extension to the assembly hall is the new assembly line, which significantly expands RUCH NOVAPLAST’s assembly and joining capacities. Ergonomics, precision and quality are once again significantly optimized by means of automation in the right places. A goods/passenger elevator enables the flow of goods to the second floor.

This opens up further possibilities, from partial assembly to the assembly of entire systems with functional and leak tests. RUCH NOVAPLAST is thus expanding its range of assembly services from product refiner to system supplier.
