Cet outil permet aux entreprises de calculer l&rsquo;ACV de chaque produit en EPP et de la communiquer \u00e0 leurs clients et partenaires &#8211; un v\u00e9ritable avantage concurrentiel !<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;empreinte carbone d&rsquo;un produit (PCF) est un bilan climatique au niveau du produit qui prend en compte les \u00e9missions directes et indirectes de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre au cours du cycle de vie du produit. Sur la base de ces donn\u00e9es, nous effectuons une \u00e9valuation progressive des sources d&rsquo;\u00e9missions : D&rsquo;abord le scope 1 (\u00e9missions li\u00e9es au processus et au combustible), puis le scope 2 (\u00e9nergie achet\u00e9e) et enfin le scope 3 (\u00e9missions en amont et en aval de toute la cha\u00eene de valeur).[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=\u00a0\u00bb2\/12&Prime;][\/vc_column][vc_column width=\u00a0\u00bb8\/12&Prime;]\n<div class=\"spacer spacer--large\" style=\"height:60px\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"spacer spacer--medium\" style=\"height:60px\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"spacer spacer--small\" style=\"height:60px\"><\/div>\n[vc_column_text css=\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0\u00bb]Le calcul repose sur des dizaines d&rsquo;ann\u00e9es d&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience dans le domaine des projets et sur une base de donn\u00e9es de mesures pour l&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration de l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, ainsi que sur l&rsquo;\u00e9quipement de notre parc de machines et de notre production d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie avec la technique de mesure n\u00e9cessaire pour \u00e9tablir un bilan \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique complet. Toutes ces connaissances ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mises en \u0153uvre dans les mod\u00e8les technologiques du calculateur PCF afin de d\u00e9terminer les facteurs d&rsquo;\u00e9mission les plus r\u00e9els possibles sur la base de nos technologies et processus. La solution est compl\u00e9t\u00e9e par un simulateur de processus qui peut \u00e9galement calculer les valeurs de consommation et donc les \u00e9missions de CO\u2082 lorsqu&rsquo;un produit est en phase de demande, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire lorsqu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;existe pas encore de consommations mesurables. Nos outils H.E.T. combinent des technologies de pointe et des processus de fabrication optimis\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique de la production d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie :<\/strong> La mani\u00e8re dont l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie est produite pour le processus de production a une influence directe sur les \u00e9missions de CO\u2082. L&rsquo;utilisation de mat\u00e9riaux recycl\u00e9s ou biosourc\u00e9s peut r\u00e9duire l&rsquo;impact environnemental.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Efficacit\u00e9 des processus :<\/strong> les processus de production efficaces, qui minimisent les d\u00e9chets et optimisent l&rsquo;utilisation des ressources, r\u00e9duisent les \u00e9missions de carbone.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Taille du composant :<\/strong> la taille du composant moul\u00e9 influence directement la quantit\u00e9 de mat\u00e9riau et d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 sa fabrication.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Distance de livraison :<\/strong> la distance entre les sites de production, les fournisseurs et les clients finaux a une influence consid\u00e9rable sur les \u00e9missions dues au transport. La production locale et les courtes distances de livraison peuvent r\u00e9duire les \u00e9missions de CO\u2082.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Quantit\u00e9 annuelle :<\/strong> la quantit\u00e9 de pi\u00e8ces moul\u00e9es produites par an a un impact direct sur les \u00e9missions totales de CO\u2082.
