Le choix des mat\u00e9riaux joue un r\u00f4le d\u00e9cisif pour r\u00e9pondre de mani\u00e8re optimale \u00e0 toutes ces exigences et pour am\u00e9liorer le confort d&rsquo;utilisation. Le polypropyl\u00e8ne expans\u00e9 (EPP) est un mat\u00e9riau qui fait de plus en plus ses preuves dans cet environnement. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa l\u00e9g\u00e8ret\u00e9 et \u00e0 sa grande stabilit\u00e9, la mousse \u00e0 particules est parfaitement adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 la fabrication de composants exigeants dans les appareils m\u00e9dicaux.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;appareil m\u00e9dico-esth\u00e9tique CELLU M6 INFINITY\u00ae, produit phare de la gamme LPG Systems\u00ae, est utilis\u00e9 pour la stimulation m\u00e9canique de la peau et des tissus et analyse la peau en temps r\u00e9el pour un traitement cibl\u00e9. Comme il est utilis\u00e9 directement sur le patient, l&rsquo;appareil est particuli\u00e8rement exigeant en termes de manipulation et de confort.<\/p>\n<p>En tant que fabricant exp\u00e9riment\u00e9 de PPE, nous avons d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 avec LPG Systems une solution d&rsquo;enceinte personnalis\u00e9e \u00e0 base de polypropyl\u00e8ne expans\u00e9 (EPP). La mousse de particules combine une grande absorption d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie, un faible poids et une capacit\u00e9 d&rsquo;isolation thermique.<\/p>\n<p>La solution de bo\u00eetier est bas\u00e9e sur notre principe de construction <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ruch.de\/fr\/innovations\/assembler-des-composants\/novaplex\/\">NOVAplex<sup>\u00ae<\/sup><\/a>. Les composants sensibles, tels que les moteurs et les capteurs, sont ins\u00e9r\u00e9s dans les pi\u00e8ces moul\u00e9es en EPP sur mesure au lieu d&rsquo;\u00eatre viss\u00e9s. L&rsquo;absorption d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie \u00e9lev\u00e9e de la mousse de particules permet d&rsquo;absorber de mani\u00e8re fiable les contraintes m\u00e9caniques et de prot\u00e9ger les composants sensibles \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur. Cela r\u00e9duit le risque d&rsquo;erreurs d&rsquo;analyse et prolonge la dur\u00e9e de vie de l&rsquo;appareil.
