Les pompes \u00e0 chaleur air\/eau utilisent la chaleur stock\u00e9e dans l&rsquo;air pour le chauffage et la production d&rsquo;eau chaude et peuvent \u00e9galement \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es pour le refroidissement en \u00e9t\u00e9. <\/p>\n<p>Dans la pompe \u00e0 chaleur monobloc CHA \u00e0 haut rendement de WOLF GmbH, tous les composants techniques importants du processus de production de chaleur sont r\u00e9unis dans l&rsquo;unit\u00e9 ext\u00e9rieure. \u00c0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur du bo\u00eetier, des pi\u00e8ces moul\u00e9es en polypropyl\u00e8ne expans\u00e9 (EPP) de RUCH NOVAPLAST veillent \u00e0 ce que les diff\u00e9rents composants soient bien maintenus en place. Pour ce faire, 14 pi\u00e8ces moul\u00e9es individuelles en mousse de particules sont n\u00e9cessaires.  <\/p>\n<p>Un d\u00e9fi particulier consiste \u00e0 fabriquer les diff\u00e9rentes pi\u00e8ces de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elles soient parfaitement adapt\u00e9es les unes aux autres et qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;y ait aucun d\u00e9calage. Les tol\u00e9rances des pi\u00e8ces moul\u00e9es sont donc tr\u00e8s serr\u00e9es. <\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment \u00e0 ce type de d\u00e9fis que RUCH NOVAPLAST s&rsquo;est pr\u00e9par\u00e9 l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re en investissant dans un parc de machines plus important et dans une technologie de fabrication pr\u00e9cise. La restructuration des processus de production a permis de cr\u00e9er les conditions optimales pour une fabrication sans probl\u00e8me de pi\u00e8ces moul\u00e9es en mousse de particules. Le personnel qualifi\u00e9 travaillant sur les machines a \u00e9t\u00e9 form\u00e9 en cons\u00e9quence et garantit une qualit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9e constante gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des contr\u00f4les
