Le bo\u00eetier en polypropyl\u00e8ne expans\u00e9 de RUCH NOVAPLAST en est la cause. <\/p>\n<p>Il se compose de trois pi\u00e8ces moul\u00e9es en EPP qui sont assembl\u00e9es par thermocollage<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ruch.de\/fr\/innovations\/connecter-des-pieces-moulees\/novaweld\/\">(<sup>NOVAweld\u00ae<\/sup><\/a>) pour former un ch\u00e2ssis. L&rsquo;isolation et l&rsquo;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;air sont maximales gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&rsquo;assemblage des diff\u00e9rents \u00e9l\u00e9ments en un syst\u00e8me complet. <\/p>\n<p>De plus, le ch\u00e2ssis en EPP garantit une circulation optimale de l&rsquo;air gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la conception des conduits de ventilation. Les diff\u00e9rents composants de l&rsquo;unit\u00e9 de ventilation, par exemple le ventilateur, l&rsquo;unit\u00e9 de contr\u00f4le et l&rsquo;\u00e9changeur de chaleur, sont install\u00e9s par simple enfichage dans les encoches sp\u00e9cialement con\u00e7ues \u00e0 cet effet dans le ch\u00e2ssis en EPP, o\u00f9 ils sont maintenus en place en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Derri\u00e8re tout cela se cache notre concept de construction ing\u00e9nieux <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ruch.de\/fr\/innovations\/assembler-des-composants\/novaplex\/\"><sup>NOVAplex\u00ae<\/sup><\/a>.  <\/p>\n<p>Dans la zone du bac \u00e0 condensat, la surface a \u00e9t\u00e9 affin\u00e9e par texturation laser pendant le processus de moussage. Le r\u00e9sultat est une surface 100% \u00e9tanche et parfaitement plane. Un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ruch.de\/fr\/innovations\/fixer-des-elements\/novafeedfix\/\">\u00e9l\u00e9ment <sup>NOVAfeed&amp;fix\u00ae<\/sup><\/a> a \u00e9t\u00e9 ins\u00e9r\u00e9 dans la mousse afin d&rsquo;assurer l&rsquo;\u00e9vacuation des condensats.  <\/p>\n<p>D&rsquo;autres \u00e9l\u00e9ments <sup>NOVAfeed&amp;fix\u00ae<\/sup> sont mouss\u00e9s \u00e0 d&rsquo;autres endroits du bo\u00eetier.
