Notre client cherchait un moyen de rendre ses ventilateurs tubulaires plus durables et plus efficaces sur le plan \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique. La solution : un bo\u00eetier en polypropyl\u00e8ne expans\u00e9 (EPP). Deux demi-coques en EPP entourent tous les composants du ventilateur tubulaire. RUCH NOVAPLAST a convaincu de choisir l&rsquo;EPP pour les trois raisons suivantes : <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ruch.de\/fr\/innovations\/assembler-des-composants\/novaplex\/\">Ch\u00e2ssis <sup>NOVAplex\u00ae<\/sup><\/a><br \/>\nLe ch\u00e2ssis <sup>NOVAplex\u00ae<\/sup> est adapt\u00e9 individuellement aux diff\u00e9rents composants du ventilateur tubulaire. Le montage est tr\u00e8s simple : sans outil, les neuf pi\u00e8ces sont assembl\u00e9es par embo\u00eetement. C\u00f4t\u00e9 pression, une isolation acoustique est int\u00e9gr\u00e9e au ch\u00e2ssis. Cet assemblage permet un fonctionnement silencieux.      <\/p>\n<p>Faible poids<br \/>\nLe poids du ventilateur tubulaire a pu \u00eatre r\u00e9duit jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 35% par rapport \u00e0 son pr\u00e9d\u00e9cesseur gr\u00e2ce au bo\u00eetier en EPP. Cela a \u00e9galement un impact sur le bilan carbone : Pour un 40 tonnes charg\u00e9, cela permet d&rsquo;\u00e9conomiser 83 grammes de CO2 aux 100 kilom\u00e8tres par appareil. <\/p>\n<p>Recyclage<br \/>\nLes d\u00e9cisions d&rsquo;achat des consommateurs sont de plus en plus influenc\u00e9es par les questions de durabilit\u00e9.
