After a stable financial year 2025, RUCH NOVAPLAST sets the course for the future<\/strong><\/h1>\n

RUCH NOVAPLAST can look back on a stable first half of 2025. Despite some difficult economic and political conditions, the sales forecast was just achieved – a result that shows that the company is almost exactly on target.<\/p>\n

Innovation as a success factor<\/h2>\n

Our in-house innovations<\/a> pave the way for this. Our moulded parts made from particle foams are constantly being given additional functions – whether through refined surfaces, integrated fastening elements or the implementation of complex geometries.<\/p>\n

“We always develop innovations with our finger on the pulse of our customers. Their requirements or even seemingly unsolvable tasks never let us go – this is how innovations with real added value are created,” explains Melanie Kwella, Team Leader Marketing.<\/p>\n

While the sales and development team drives ideas forward, the production team ensures quality and efficiency. This combination has enabled us to expand projects internationally for years and continuously extend the delivery radius of our molded parts.<\/p>\n

Investments at the Oberkirch site<\/h2>\n

RUCH NOVAPLAST is also investing in the future in 2025. Two new buildings have been constructed at the headquarters in Oberkirch:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • \n

    a silo hall with a capacity of 2,300 m\u00b3 for EPP raw material – this means a doubling of capacity,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    a printing tank hall, which makes an important contribution to the refinement of the raw material through modern process monitoring.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    These investments not only serve to expand capacity, but also to increase the efficiency of internal processes. In addition, a photovoltaic system with an output of up to 110 kWp on the roof and side walls of the new buildings ensures that part of the energy requirement is covered by the company’s own production.<\/p>\n

    Projects are also underway at the other locations:<\/p>\n

      Automation increases efficiency in Willst\u00e4tt.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Production capacity at the MORAPLAST site in the Czech Republic is gradually being doubled.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Fifth family generation on board<\/h2>\n

      The arrival of Nicolas Krohn-Erdle, eldest son of the shareholder family Andrea and Volker Ruch-Erdle, is also an important step towards securing the future.<\/p>\n

      The mechanical engineer (Master’s degree in 2018) has gained international experience and managed projects in the areas of software, hardware and systems. Since August 2025, he has been working as a project engineer in the area of energy supply and will gradually become familiar with all technical processes – with the aim of taking over responsibility for the technology area in the medium term.<\/p>\n

      Outlook<\/h2>\n

      “With a solid financial basis, a highly motivated team and efficient and innovative processes in flat hierarchies, we have the best prerequisites to shape the coming years successfully,” emphasizes Managing Director Roland Zeifang.<\/p>\n

      RUCH NOVAPLAST will continue to actively shape the future – with particle foam solutions that create real added value.<\/p>\n
