Our long-standing support for the zero granulate loss initiative is reflected in technical and organizational measures that ensure that surplus material is collected and can be reused. The resulting confetti material made from recovered EPP granules enables the production of new molded parts with individual coloring.<\/p>\n<p>For Zehnder Group Germany, we are producing an installation box for a ventilation unit made from confetti material. The direct use of residual raw materials reduces CO2 emissions by an impressive 44 percent compared to conventional EPP materials.<\/p>\n<p>On request, we offer our customers the option of reporting the carbon footprint of their products at technology and process level. This also shows the CO2 savings that result from variations in material, tool design and process management.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column
