Part of the so-called &#8220;Fit for 55&#8243; package is the European Building Efficiency Directive (EPBD), which was published in the Official Journal of the European Union a few days ago and will come into force on May 28, 2024. The EPBD sets ambitious targets for the energy efficiency of buildings, including a reduction in the energy consumption of residential buildings by an average of 16% by 2030 and by 20 to 22% by 2035.<\/p>\n<p>To achieve these goals, energy-efficient chassis for HVAC systems can play a crucial role.
