This process makes it possible to join complex components with reduced tool complexity. The result is a material bond that can no longer be separated non-destructively. The specific properties of the molded parts are retained.<\/p>\n<p>In the thermal joining process, the surfaces of the molded parts to be joined are heated using a heating element so that the particle foam plasticizes at this point. The molded parts are then welded together at the melted joining surface.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]In this way, we achieve a stable material bond between the components &#8211; without the use of chemicals such as primers, bonding agents or other foreign materials.
