But why is the finishing step important at all? Molded part surfaces on which the structure of the particle foam, steam nozzles and parts of the mold technology can be seen are not tolerated in every <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ruch.de\/en\/applications\/\">application<\/a>. That is why it is important to create beautifully shaped surfaces that are also pleasing to the touch. Here we use a high-adhesion coating that bonds exceptionally well with the mechanical properties of the elastic particle foam.
