Assembling components: efficient and cost-effective<\/h1>\n

[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text css=””]In our assembly and finishing center, individual components that require further processing steps are turned into complete systems in a single flow. We assemble molded parts made of particle foams using various processes and incorporate other components. As a development and system partner, we take on tasks for our customers that they no longer want to do themselves. For example, we deliver model airplanes “ready to radio”<\/a> – that means completely ready to function: they are fully assembled and covered with the respective decors. Even the servo motors are installed, set and adjusted.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text css=””]Ventilation units<\/a> are also produced completely assembled and prefabricated in our company on request. In combination with our NOVAfeed&fix\u00ae<\/sup> system<\/a>, we create tight and insulating ducts and fastenings. Particle foam molded parts, which we assemble with other components made of other materials, become assembly elements in the construction sector, for example.<\/p>\n

NOVAplex\u00ae<\/sup><\/a> is a design philosophy developed by RUCH NOVAPLAST and partners. With it, we are redesigning the future of assembly processes. This is because the components are quickly and easily inserted into molded parts instead of being laboriously screwed together.
