No compromises when it comes to protecting life and limb. Especially in the area of head protection, the materials and technologies used must meet the highest requirements. At RUCH NOVAPLAST, we focus on innovation and quality: our specially developed crash elements made of expanded polystyrene (EPS) and expanded polypropylene (EPP) offer exceptional impact protection and thus ensure maximum safety in sport.[\/vc_column_text]\n

In addition, the intelligent segmentation enables effective ventilation without compromising the protective properties. The products not only offer excellent impact protection, but also comfort and flexibility.<\/p>\n

Body protection: maximum safety thanks to innovative protectors<\/h2>\n

Safety in sport should always come first – especially in disciplines where falls and collisions are common. The right body protection plays a crucial role in protecting athletes from injury. Our innovative protectors offer targeted impact protection by protecting important areas of the body such as the spine from shocks and impacts without restricting freedom of movement.[\/vc_column_text]\n

Our back protectors are made of highly compressed EPP foam, which absorbs up to 95% of the impact energy. The result is maximum impact protection combined with an extremely lightweight and flexible design.<\/p>\n

A new, environmentally friendly process in the field of body protection is the 2-component sandwich construction: we shape the EPP beads used under high pressure and with the help of steam and simultaneously bond them to the backing layer – without the use of any additional adhesives.
