Assembly elements

If fastening elements are attached directly to the outside wall of the house, the insulation must not be damaged. Even apparently minor thermal bridges may be the cause of condensation or mould formation. Penetrations in the coating and connections to the attachment part pose an increased risk of water penetration into the composite thermal insulation system.

Versatile application options

Assembly elements made of high-density expanded polystyrene are ideal for the thermal bridge-free assembly of various façade elements, e.g. roller shutter systems or external wall sockets.

Farewell, thermal bridges

The pictures show the effect using the example of a rain gutter bracket. The insulation layer is on the wall of the house (left in the picture). Drilling through these enables the creating of so-called thermal bridges.

This is completely different when using the EPS mounting element: The difference in heat is clearly recognisable.
