Once again, RUCH NOVAPLAST has completed the monitoring audits for ISO 9001 – Quality Management – and ISO 14001 – Environmental Management – certifications with very good results.
Conformity with the standards has again been confirmed by TÜV Süd for another year. Because of the current situation, both certifications were performed for the first time by remote desktop connection and video conference. The re-certification according to ISO 50001 could not be performed by video conference because of the statutory/normative regulations and was performed retrospectively and passed in June 2020.
Load carriers made from expanded polypropylene are a firm component in the automotive industry. Thanks to the excellent recovery and low weight, EPP is still the ideal material for transporting and protecting sensitive components. In addition, load carriers should support efforts to make logistics processes lean and efficient.
For GERHARDI Rahmen und Gitter, RUCH NOVAPLAST realised a project with the aim of developing a load carrier with only one tool, which can hold two different components: either a radiator grille or a frame.
The Berlin start-up HPS Home Power Solutions GmbH has implemented its vision of a 100 per cent and Co2-free power supply from its own photovoltaic system for detached and semi-detached home owners, 365 days a year. The company, which was founded in 2014, develops and produces energy centres for storing summer surpluses of solar power in hydrogen.
As a result of an intelligent heat recovery concept, approx. 90 per cent of the energy collected on the roof can be used again in the house in the form of electricity and waste heat from the conversion processes.
An important component of this energy concept is the integrated ventilation unit, which facilitates such a high level of energy recovery.
