Moulded parts with thin walls

The combination of the right materials, tool construction and process control have enabled us to develop reproducible manufacturing procedures for thin-walled EPP products.

Filigree equipped for new areas of application

The thin-wall technology process makes wall thickness grades of less than 3mm and thus filigree geometries feasible.

This makes the use of the multi-talent EPP interesting, even for applications that were previously not considered due to the material thickness required.
