PUR lamination

The high-quality laminate surface can be produced in almost any colour. Glass or carbon reinforcement is also possible.

Partially or fully encompassed

For the PUR lamination of a component, the foamed particle foam part is placed into a PUR mould in a second processing step and partially or fully encompassed. Consequently, the resulting coating of the moulded part can be provided on one side or all sides and is extremely robust.

The process is ready for series production and is available for components up to 2,000 mm.
