High Efficiency Tool

H.E.T. is an in-house development to reduce energy consumption in the production of our moulded parts.
Experience shows that this can save between 35 and 47% of the energy used, depending on the application.

Reduce the CO₂ footprint

H.E.T. tools are energy optimised and reduce the carbon footprint of the product made from them. Due to the energy saved, they have a positive effect on the cost price of the product.

In order to assess sensible optimisation measures by means of an H.E.T. tool, a product-specific CO₂ calculation is advisable and helpful in advance.
