Ensuring series production capability

Start-up management employees are responsible for the series production capability of developments and are therefore the interface to production.

Reliable transition between customer equirements, design and series production capability

As the key component, our start-up management has as its disposal a foaming machine suitable for universal applications and a foaming facility for encompassing technical equipment for material and surface tests. This means that future projects can be planned in the pre-series stage.

Every new production start-up is preceded by extensive initial sampling.
