Chassis for hydraulics modules

News (en)

Buildings with ageing heating systems can have their energy supply updated, for example, by integrating an externally installed heat pump. To do this, a hydraulic module is needed, which couples the additional heat source with the existing heating circuit.
The sensitive components of the hydraulic module are protected and isolated by technically sophisticated housing solutions from RUCH NOVAPLAST.

The chassis is made from expanded polypropylene (EPP). It comprises two moulded parts, which are connected together. The component contains threaded inserts and countersunk anchors for easy assembly on a wall. A permanent space is predefined for all components to be inserted into the housing. Assembly is quick and simple. Based on the NOVAplex® design principle, the components are inserted into and secured in the housing. This reduces the need for other material groups such as fastening materials. At the same time, the material EPP has an insulating effect, thereby protecting against heat loss.

Not only the housing is worth looking at. The surface was finished during the foaming process. As a result, a high-quality look and pleasant feel is created. The EPP chassis can be mounted directly to the wall in the installation room of the building and does not have to be hidden behind a cover. This saves weight and considerably reduces manufacturing costs.
