The health of our employees is of personal importance to us.
For example, we offer courses for fascia training, yoga and relaxation exercises or mobile massages via our academy. Through our cooperation projects, membership in a fitness centre is supported, as are physiotherapy and training therapy measures.
Pension & additional benefits
In order to ensure that our employees are financially secured in their retirement, we offer a company pension scheme. The basic service is completely funded by the company. Additional voluntary insurance is also subsidised.
Each and every employee contributes significantly to the success of the company. For this reason, each employee also participates in the company's performance-related bonus programme.
Mineral water, coffee & fruit
To keep you well hydrated throughout the working day, we provide you with free mineral water. Our fair trade coffee is also available free of charge for you at all locations. In the winter months, there is also fresh fruit for a balanced vitamin balance and good immune system.
Timeframe
We record working hours. Your overtime will be compensated in the form of time off by agreement.
Our regular working hours are 40 hours per week.
Home office
Working at home can be just as efficient as working at the workplace. We make this possible wherever the work content allows.
