After the constructive development stage, physical samples or functional models are milled using modern CAM/CNC technology. The production of handsheets in the traditional manner is also possible for our sample construction.
With this detailed prototype, we are able to conduct mechanical and physical function tests in advance. This allows us to validate complete 3D data sets of the moulded parts, thus securing the construction of the foaming tool, which results in a significantly lower need for changes during series production.
