As a development partner of the air conditioning, appliance and medical industries, as well as other branches, we conduct surface and volume designs with our 3D-hybrid model, and realise them consistently in the construction of models and tools.
In our product development department, the device chassis NOVAplexTM, technical moulded parts, but also carriers and packaging are designed. We create protoypes and construct or specify the necessary foaming tools, based on the 3D data provided by our customers. The development process is conducted at eight CAD workspaces that operate with the following systems: CATIA V5, SolidWorks and ThinkDesign. Almost all CAD formats can be imported.
In order to ensure maximum data security, the central data management of the development department works with its own server, as well the latest generation of data archiving technology. Access to data communications interfaces with different encryption types is also provided.
