In 1960, Heinrich Ruch started the production of the first moulded parts made of styrofoam with a small team in a former economy building. It became one of the largest processing plants for particle foams in Europe. Since then, the company has been shaped by tradition, ambition and a pioneering spirit.
Today, RUCH NOVAPLAST develops customer solutions made of almost all expandable polymers and, with a network of reliable partners, delivers to customers all over Europe.

RUCH NOVAPLAST belongs to the family businesses that one respectfully refers to as “Hidden Champions”. The foundation of success is a sense for innovations with potential.
As a partner of the industry, RUCH NOVAPLAST starts its consulting services during the selection of materials and construction of moulded parts. An individual group of specialists develops solutions for industrial customers in all branches, using state-of-the-art CAD plants. For the implementation, RUCH NOVAPLAST takes on responsibility for the products, starting at development, procurement, production, installation, storage and, if desired by the customer, even logistics.
In cooperation with its partners, RUCH NOVAPLAST continuously implements the further development of procedures. All stages, from acquisition, development, production to delivery, meet the highest quality standards. The entire company is thus certified as per DIN EN ISO 9001:2008.
The site in Oberkirch belongs to the largest manufacturing plants for moulded parts in the industry and is today managed by Roland Zeifang and Winfried Mantwill.
The production facility MORAplast in Czech Republic and the sales association POLYPRO in France also belong to the business group.
